Mission:
iSO-3 L.L.C. was developed to provide
nationwide download analysis, interpretation, and recommendation
services to physicians and durable medical equipment (DME)
companies caring for monitored infants.
Founders
Information:
Richard A. Hardoin, MD, FAAP and Judith A. Henslee, LMSW have been active
in the field of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and care of high risk infants
since they founded the Southwest SIDS Research Institute in 1984. During
the past 24 years, they have served on numerous national committees and
organizations (NIH committee on cardiorespiratory monitoring, American
Association of SIDS Prevention Professionals, National Association of Apnea
Professionals, National SIDS Foundation/ SIDS Alliance/ First Candle, American
Thoracic Society, Annenberg conference). In addition, they have co-authored
and published numerous articles in the field, collaborated on research
projects, conducted a normative study on 200 healthy newborns, and provided
comprehensive patient management and download services to thousands of
high risk infants and DME companies. Their experience, coupled with that
of their highly trained staff, makes them uniquely qualified to meet your

Staff:
With nearly a century of combined cardiorespiratory
monitoring experience, including experienced readers
and a review physician, the staff of iSO-3 brings a
wealth of clinical knowledge and expertise to each
analysis.
Download analysts include physicians, respiratory
therapists (RTs), and skilled professionals trained
to analyze infant cardiorespiratory monitor download
data and identify abnormalities requiring urgent intervention.
Recommendations are made by a physician experienced
in the field, based upon each patient’s adjusted
age, diagnosis, medication(s) and cardiorespiratory
findings.
